Brunswick Real Estate UK (now Brunswick Property Partners) has appointed Thomas Stringer as an analyst.

Thomas will focus on deal underwriting, analysis, and reporting across BPP’s ventures and activities. Thomas will also work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless reporting and the accurate measurement of returns.

Prior to joining BPP, he spent 6 years working in corporate finance and M&A. He was previously at Conaghan & Company where he focussed on the healthcare real estate sector: specialising in care homes, retirement, and complex care. Prior to this, he was at Spitfire Capital Advisors, which focussed on the Asset Management sector.

Thomas is a CFA Charterholder.
